Hail Njordr, lord of the oceans
Wealthy god of the magical Vanir
I call upon you to receive our humble gratitude
At the meal you have provided us from your regal seas
Noble father of Freyr and Freyja who’s sorcery seldom ceases
Eminent husband of Skadi, who’s bow bounty’s does provide
May the winds whisper your name across the open ocean
And the flow of water stay strong in all life that you preserve
For with the giving of this life, do our lives continue
And with thanks to you do we receive it
To feed the community of our fathers children
Our appreciation knows no bounds
So Hail Njordr, teal golden earl of the oceans
May you live on in our lives with the life you provide
