When it comes to celebrating their birthday, the United States Marine Corps doesn't hold anything back. Each year on November 10th, Marines from all across the globe come together to honor their rich history and the legacy of those who came before them.
It is crucial that we continue to honor and remember the remarkable individuals who have endured the loss of their children in service to our country. Their strength and resilience are an inspiration to us all, and by sharing their stories, we can inspire future generations to appreciate the immense sacrifice made by these fathers.
I invite and challenge our Awaken the North members and council to a 22 a day challenge. We have a list of things you can do to participate, based on your physical ability. We do not want to exclude a single member. We will have a log sheet so that you can track your participation. The CoMS will be doing a drawing at the end of the month of all participants. The winner will receive a t-shirt and a bracelet from the Til Valhalla Project. 

Let us celebrate the valiant and selfless lives of our service members and their families this Memorial Day. May their courage and sacrifice never be forgotten. Let us share our gratitude and recognition of their sacrifices and be inspired by their heroism.

Armed Forces Day provides a chance for civilians to recognize and appreciate all those who have served and are currently serving in the US Armed Forces. It is a day of recognition and celebration to show our appreciation and support.

The American Legion is a veterans organization that was founded on March 15, 1919, in Paris, France. It is the largest veteran organization in the United States, with over 2.4 million members. The organization is committed to helping veterans and their families, promoting patriotism, and advocating for a strong national defense.
The Paris Peace Accords of 1973 brought an end to the Vietnam War and established a temporary cease-fire between the North and South Vietnamese forces. The Agreement provided a framework for future negotiations between the parties and recognized the North Vietnamese-backed Provisional Revolutionary Government (PRG). The cease-fire was a temporary respite for the people of Vietnam and provided the foundation for future peace and reconciliation between North and South Vietnam. The Accords are still remembered today for their role in ending the conflict and for their influence on the outcome of the war.
