Meaning: Unknown

While there are many interpretations for Perthro, one of the most commonly accepted is that the rune represents a “dice cup”, a game of chance or gambling. That being said, Perthro becomes a rune of mystery, chance, the unknown, or divination. Perthro is said to help one peer into the future or see things that have been hidden. It is thought that this rune may help recover lost knowledge, manipulate cause and effect, or help interpret the mysteries of the runes.
