Deployed Active Duty Military Personnel Free Pocket Altar Request Form

Awaken the North is proud to present our very own Pocket Altar set!  This will come in a small metal “Altoids” style tin, with AtN’s logo on the front, and the Hávamál stanza 116 “If you go traveling over mountains and fjords, don’t forget to take your supplies” on the inside of the lid. Within the tin will be a small candle, a cardstock printed standable representation of Odin, Frigg, Thor, Freyja, and Tyr (to start with), a pack of incense matches, and a small mjolnir, bout the size of a quarter.

Being deployed, it is often difficult to get supplies, or the space, to worship our gods. This small pocket altar fits in BDUs of all branches, and is offered as a free gift for our men & women deployed over seas as a thank you from us at Awaken the North to them, the defenders of our ways.

If you are not an active duty deployed member of the military, please feel free to help support this program by purchasing an altar of your own in our store by clicking the button below.

If you are active duty and deployed overseas, please feel free to fill out the form below.

How can I help support Awaken the North?

Awaken the North is a family and we are dedicated to helping each other grow. The only way we are able to accomplish this is through the generous financial support of our members. Every single one of our Council, Chairs, and support staff are purely VOLUNTEERS. Not a single person benefits financially from any funds within Awaken the North. Even Beast, the Leader, doesn’t get a dime. All funds are directed back into Awaken the North to pay for the website, buy supplies, help support our members, etc.

We are so very, VERY grateful to our members who help support us! If you are looking for ways to help Awaken the North, please see the options below.

Hello I am SSG ZACHERY MACORMAC. My BN has two companies deploying in December and we have a group of pagans going. Are we able to organize getting pocket altars prior to leaving? This would be greatly appreciated
