Welcome to the BIPOC Awaken the North’s Heathen BiPOC Club, a space dedicated to fostering community, connection, and understanding among Heathens who identify as Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC).
Our group is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment where BIPOC Heathens can share their experiences, learn from one another, and celebrate their diverse perspectives. We believe that diversity enriches our faith and strengthens our community.
Join us for our regular meetings, workshops, and social events as we explore the rich tapestry of Heathen traditions and create a more inclusive and equitable space for all.

The BIPOC Project
The BIPOC Project aims to build authentic and lasting solidarity among Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC), in order to undo Native invisibility, anti-Blackness, dismantle white supremacy and advance racial justice.
We use the term BIPOC to highlight the unique relationship to whiteness that Indigenous and Black (African Americans) people have, which shapes the experiences of and relationship to white supremacy for all people of color within a U.S. context. We unapologetically focus on and center relationships among BIPOC folks.

The Racial Equity Support Line is a service led and staffed by people with lived experience of racism. We offer support to those who are feeling the emotional impacts of racist violence and microaggressions, as well as the emotional impacts of immigration struggles and other cross-cultural issues.
Real
Real is a team of innovators, clinicians, and technologists on a mission to not just normalize mental health care but celebrate it. We integrate empathy, creativity, and design to build a progressive mental health care experience, while also improving the quality of care itself.
It’s way too common for mental health care to feel like it’s for other people: people with more money, better insurance, bigger problems, worse symptoms, different everything. But mental health care is for everyone—including you. That’s why we built Real, a mental health care experience that meets you where you’re at.

How can I help support Awaken the North?
Awaken the North is a family and we are dedicated to helping each other grow. The only way we are able to accomplish this is through the generous financial support of our members. Every single one of our Council, Chairs, and support staff are purely VOLUNTEERS. Not a single person benefits financially from any funds within Awaken the North. Even Beast, the Leader, doesn’t get a dime. All funds are directed back into Awaken the North to pay for the website, buy supplies, help support our members, etc.
We are so very, VERY grateful to our members who help support us! If you are looking for ways to help Awaken the North, please see the options below.
