Good Máni’s day! Another Monday, another pull of Ãs/Ãss. Odd. I’m always hyper aware when particular runes show up. Odin, Frigg, and Thor like to show their faces around me often, to which I’m ever grateful, of course. Here, I think it speaks volumes about the power of words. Our words, in particular. We’re all guilty of it in one way or another, even if it’s unintentionally. We all know that words can cut deeper than swords. If we are conscious of that, maybe we can move forward beyond this endless anger towards each other’s differences. I’m not speaking here of joking around with one’s friends and family. I’m speaking of your public face, to those who don’t know you. Do you want to be seen as hateful, ignorant, and self-righteous? Or would you rather be seen as kind, caring, and giving? We make a choice every day which side of the fence we’re on, it’s time we choose the right side, the side of humanity.
ᬠAs/Oss means “one of the Ãsir (gods)”. The rune of divine order. The rune of justice and truth.
