Happy Thor’s day!! First day back to work for me *sadface*. Todays rune is Ehwaz, which I feel like we haven’t seen in some time. Here I believe it represents changes and movement, again dealing with my overall general health. I really need to focus and work on that, we start today. Cutting the garbage out of the diet and getting a bit more exercise should do the trick.
