Good Tyr’s day dear friends. Todays rune is Hagall of the Younger Futhark. After a few days of strange energies from the runes, I finally Lilly one that makes sense of it all. Hagall, undoubtedly, represents sudden change. Or simplification through transformation. And is a wonderful thing considering the things it pertains to.
ᚼ Hagall (“hail”) means “hailstone”. The rune of sudden change.
Sound: “h”
Meaning: Just like hail will eventually transform into water we need to see that situations in our lives will do just the same. They will transform something restricting into something that flows more readily for us. This is what Hagall represents, a transformation of a situation into something simpler.
