Good Tyr’s Day! Todays rune is Ingwaz. Here, I feel like it’s a gathering of energy. Good, healthy, positive energy to be held on to tight for the duration of the year. I’m also being pulled toward Freyr, there’s another one poking and prodding me that i havent put much work into getting to know. As Chancellor of Religious Studies I actually enjoy this as I get to explore, research, and kind of put things together for myself.

This is springtime energy and the procreation of life on Earth.
Ingwaz/Ing also symbolizes completion. an old phase may be coming to an end and freeing up the energy for a new phenomenon to enter your experience.
Ingwaz/Ing. can also represent action. As in the English “ing” verbiage or do-ing, be-ing, see-ing, etc. As such it relates to the process of creation and putting things into motion. Being the seed of creation, it represents the seed planted in the conscious and subconscious mind when we put our energies into something we may be passionate about or wish to grow and create.
Magical uses: fertility, supporting the end of a situation, building, and releasing energy – especially magical, protection, and passion.
