Good Máni’s Day!! Todays rune is Kaun. We haven’t seen this in a while, and I feel like my description fits it perfectly. When we look back at how we suffered, or step back and look at it at this very moment, whether it’s physical or mental. We have an opportunity to gain true knowledge from it. To grow is to suffer.

Meaning: Although this rune stands for a wound, we must understand that it is through the suffering of such a wound that we gain new insight. This rune represents just that, the new insight that we gain from an illness or wound.
