Good Sunna’s day!! Todays rune is Lögr of the younger futhark. This one is simple, and I try to be a simple man with simple needs. I live to make people laugh, smile, most times at my own expense. It’s what keeps me going, feeds my life energy. So there’s that aspect here, life energy, there’s also purification and we’re doing that on many levels. Through prayer, ritual, getting away from the city, spending time with family, taking deep breaths of clean air and not feeling the stressors of every day life. In all the chaos of modern life, it’s these moments we have to hold close to our hearts to make their effects last longer.
