Haply Frigg’s day!! Todays rune is Nauðr. Here it takes me back to yesterday’s Tiwaz and pushing. Now I see that I shouldn’t let that need overtake me. To let it happen more naturally and just go with the flow.
ᚾ nauðr (“need”) translates as need, distress, difficulty.

Meaning: The rune Naudhr represents not only need but the bondage we may fall into if we let the need for something overtake our lives.
